Roller Team (Fiat Ducato) issues

Hi all,

I have three main issue I want to get resolved:
- Fiamma awning not winding down
- hot water not working
- three way fridge not working on gas
Just want to hand it in somewhere and get these things fixed. I tried a large camping place in Limerick who said they cannot book me in till April and they probably will not be able to fix the hot water (my van is a 2004 Ducato and he said the part may likely be not available).
Is there anywhere in Cork or Limerick where they can do this reasonably priced?
thanks a lot
Dan

I have a similar problem with my Truma C3402 not working. It’s going through the start up process. It not igniting, I’ve spoken to an engineer who is currently on holidays but he has already pointed out that parts are not available.
Hopefully when he turns up I can monitor him closely and maybe glen some repair information.

You could try Camper World Repair
As regards the heater, spare parts for units from the early-mid naughties are getting very difficult to source. Mine is 2005 and I've been told the next time it needs any bits I may have to consider a complete replacement unit which would be around €1500 plus labour.

Good job, let us know how you get on.
When you do get to them mention, this is where the contact came from, might be worth his while to look at signing up, and maybe talking an add out. 🤔👍

Hi

thanks for recommending Jason. He fixed all three issues - clogging and muck on lines on Fridge and hot water, and he fixed my awning. Have to go back to him on an extra job where he is supplying me with a leg for a table. Handed it in on Wednesday and he had it back Saturday morning - he needed the space back in his workshop. The guy is efficient and excellent and sound. He is a bit booked at the moment but if you can get him he really is great.
