Around about this time of year I'd usually start prepping for the season. A full service, then book the CVRT (passed first time for the last three years). Next would be a full wash-down and polish, finally prep the interior and check all is as it should be.
It saddens me to say that there will be no more MH seasons for us.
My wife's metastatic bone cancer has begun to spread and travelling in our beloved Rimor will no longer be possible.
Our adventure through France to Switzerland last year was actually her bucket-list adventure.
I'm posting this on the Forum in case anyone out there knows of a potential buyer for a 2004 Rimor Europeo NG/10. We've lovingly owned it since 2007 and it's been well taken care of since then. I can obviously supply pics and full details of the MH, not only mechanical but also a list of the additional mods (solar panel, sat tv, twin batteries etc).
I've honestly no idea what price to ask, the thought of selling through Done Deal etc doesn't appeal. I'd much prefer to see it go at a fair price to an MH Craic member or 'friend of'.
Thanks for taking the time to read this, I really can't believe I'm actually typing it. Our MH meant everything to us, hopefully something will come of my post. Either way, thanks MH Craic for a good few years of....Craic!
