Hello!
I'm buying an 02 Trigano Tribute campervan from Northern Ireland and will need to do the conversion to Southern Registration. I'm so confused on what's involved and what to budget for this. I've read the link on donedeal and it only mentions 13.5% VRT. However my father in law recently imported a bike and was also charged customs duty which is currently 10%, Value-Added-Tax of 23%, Vehicle Registration Tax, and a NOx Emissions Levy! I know there are exemptions for certain taxes depending on the type of vehicle so I'm hoping this is the case!
Does anyone have any experience and advice on what i should expect to pay this current post Brexit world? And any other advice in this situation is much much appreciated.
Thank you,
Heather
