They were actually talking about providing motorhome parking before Cobh.
Cobh was done and dusted in 2017, and Cork City still talking in 2022

Call me cynical but there may not enough brown envelopes in things like that as they realise not a lot of money needs spent/wasted (delete as appropriate)
