Hi guys I’m a mechanic living in Bray.
I’m converting a ex HSE wheelchair ambulance
08 transit jumbo. All going well but I’m having difficulty
Getting a 5foot nine by 5 foot mattress and this is my maximum
Size if I want to fit everything. Is anyone you know making
Made to measure mattresses ??? Help please as every measurement
Depends on availability of mattress.

There are a few company's that can make up a mattress, or supply you with foam, which you can cover yourself or have someone in the upholstery game do it for you.

When I rebuilt the bed area of my last sprinter van, I got foam from a sofa bed, and then cut two pieces to fit the space, I bough two single duvet covers, cut them to fit and sowed them up.
