Petrol pump symbol on dometic fridge freezer

When I put my fridge freezer onto gas I get a symbol like a petrol pump, I have 2 full gas cylinders and gas is working but the fridge doesn’t seem as efficient as it is on electricity. Does anyone know what the symbol means? It’s not in the instruction manual.

What make/model Jamie?
Some of the newer ones have a pressure sensor on the gas side.
Is your regulator/ gas system 32mbar?
