Serviced van, changed oil gearbox' differential,
Passed with one minor fault seat belt warning light

Your log book should look like this, if it's not go back to the NCT center who checked the vehicle for VRT. Ask them if they can check the paperwork. you should have a copy of the NCT Declaration that you signed, what is typed under itm 3,4,5
Your logbook should look like this.

In that case the problem is possibly in Shannon, call them and ask why is your logbook not reflecting what is on the letter of conversion you have, and explain your problem.

In EU definitions, body type SA means Motorhome Caravan

To make a long storey short or maybe longer
I got the fault cleared and the tax book kind of sorted
I travelled around west cork and south and north Kerry
On the way I kept my eye out for a mechanic with a scarp yard
I think it was last Thursday that I eventually rang he local tax office after numerous emails to the revenue and Shannon office about the logbook
And after being passed from pillar to post I was told that someone would ring me back
Well I probably wont here fro hem in a hurry
Sure enough I got a call Monday
The solution was that since the van is taxed for another six months
When I renew they will amend he logbook to campervan
Happy enough with that I went looking for a mechanic
Found one that was scrapping a crafter
Got a sun visor drivers door box and the fault cleared for 60€
On the way home I called into the cvrt test centre and they will send out the cert in the post
