Not a lot on purifying the water- or the tank for that matter. Fella doing my repair and upgrade said not to use Milton because it's bad for the seals. ( Rubber ones not the lads off the coast, narf narf )
Puritabs seem to be off the market and the Zobbi blog is no more, so wondering what the latest science is ?

I don't drink the water from the main tank. I have a separate water 12v tap from a 10 litre potable water container, filled either from a known Good source or from bought water. The clean water is used for washing teech, drinking and maybe washing the odd salad (only when the wife is looking lol). I lived in the bush in Uganda for 3years in the mid 90's so the smell of Milton or choritabs is a no no for me.

I'd still like the tank to be hygienic although we've got some filtering stuff and will do like you did .

I brought a bag of puriclean mixed some up in a jug added to the water tank, filled up then ran it through the system 1/2 tank first then left it for a day then emptied the rest. Refill & empty to get rid of any residue. Let it fill your waste tank with the puriclean, I also put some eco flush toilet fluid into the waste cleans the tank well if you go for a drive.
