Very nice to hear! This happened me about 15 years ago- I bought a very nice customised VW 7 Seater, which I used for camping. About 15 months later the leasing company wrote to me telling me the van was not owned by the seller and that I should surrender the van to the leasing company. To make the long story short, my solicitor established that due to various complications a legal term called ''an Estoppel' existed which rendered the leasing company's demands irrelevent. I was glad to get away with it, but only because I had a good solicitor!
Needless to say I am much more caution now whenever I am buying anything expensive!
