Fridge not working

I have a three-way fridge Dometic RM4401 which works fine at the start but after a period of time it stops working. This seems to be happening on both mains and gas. The 24V doesn't work for a different unrelated reason.
Have anyone else had this problem before ?
Is this a thermostat issue ?
If so is it possible to fix this myself ?
Where do I get a thermostat is this is the problem ?
I'm just a bit slow to have a go at something involving gas if it is some other problem

Not sure where you are based and presume you mean 12v rather than 24v. I had problems with my fridge recently and took it to leisure technical in Lisburn (NI) and they fixed it. It was a gas issue as suspected - Too much soot in the system and got a new burner works better than ever now. If you think it is a gas issue then definitely get a professional to look at it.

Apologies 12 V yes not 24 V
Ok limerick area here I just wasn't sure where to start looking
If its a gas issue i definitely wont be going at it
