Converting gas system from French to Irish bottles

Hi All, need to replace my French gas bottles with screw in fittings with Irish versions. Do I need to change the regulator installed in the Van or are fittings available to convert?

Propane/butane regulators are about £8.00+ the price of a jubilee clip so I’d change it
