Merc 816 conversion

Hi guys,
Finally getting back to the conversion after 2 and half years working non stop.
Has anyone converted a 25 seater merc vario 816?
I've heard there is a flat few vrt fee for C licence vehicles.
I know the general process it's just I haven't spoken to anyone who done anything this big

And get an SQI, to inspect it, as you go along.
