I saw a link to this on a Portuguese motorhome site. I have no links to the company but the product looked interesting and they do other stuff.

Yes I thought it sounds reasonable priced. I have no need for it at present due when and where I use my van but for MH users who tour especially on the continent in the summer it maybe a good option. I had a hire MH in Australia several years back I did one night off grid without hookup and therefore without aircon- never again I was on the Gold Coast in early March, their summer.

It is not the first (the Mistralvan has existed for years) but Lavoisier said:
Nothing is lost, nothing is created, everything is transformed.
A 2400Btu/h air conditioner can cool a Fiat 500 at most.
Of the old ones.

My previous Dometic 1600 and the current Truma Aventa Compact hardly cool a six-meter motorhome.
Hours to go from the interior 38°C after a day under the Andalusian sun to the bearable 28.

At cooling setting 2 300w of solar might run the unit during a sunny day, without the need of an ehu.
