Definition of Unusual?

I was just filling in our Sworn Statement Covid forms for the pending French trip.
I noticed one of the symptoms on the Covid warning list was 'unusual diarrhea'.
Can anyone advise me as to the difference between usual and unusual diarrhea?
Just asking.....no pics please.
