Thetford 200cs toilet not working

The Thetford C200cs flush toilet is not working in my Fiat Ducato 2017.
I checked the fuse It seems to be the pump but in my model it’s seems impossible to access .After removing the cassette I can trace the water pipe with attached electric cable to the body of the toilet but-cannot remove it or get easy access to it .The later models have a access from the top .
I have ordered a new Thetford pump .Any suggestions

What is the Motorhome ie roller team Eldis is it a coach built ,the pump is useley easy to access as with the last post is your taps working is the pump on at 5he control panel mine has to be switched on at the panel the pump is never two far away from where you fill the water tank under a seat somewhere where you can get at it if you could load up a few photos

You need to provide more info, you don't have a motorhome listed on your profile. so that is first, because they work differently on different models, some when you press the button the pump starts and the water flows, others are on a pressure system, so when you press the button it opens a solenoid valve which allows the water to flow,and the drop in pressure starts the pump,
Do you have water flow at the taps.?
Do you have 12volt each side of the fuse? and each side of the button when pressed ?,,
( if you have one) Is there a live 12 volt, at the solenoid and an earth from it ?
