Just trying to order one of these online, but I can't get past the photo of my log book, I add it but it won't go further and I can't work out if it's too big maybe, and if so how to compress it . Plus what's the serial number...is that the VIN? Am I a light commercial vehicle or a bus? (3500kg diesel MH)
Advice appreciated. 🤔

Are they not only needed for Paris, grenoble and strasbourg?...we stayed in campsite in Bois du boulogne in 2019 and didn't need them...just took metro into city.

Thanks, that would make sense... we're bypassing Paris and hopefully heading for Switzerland 🤞 avoiding any major cities on the way.

Tony There is a Green Zones App that you can load. It shows you where all the areas are

If you click on the 'need help' it does explain, serial is vin number ,vehicle catagory is on log book , more than likely N1. and the pic is 2 meg which if a pdf of the log book would be nowhere near that. I have had one on my last 3 vans even though i have never been in a zone but for just over £4 its worth having as it lasts the life of the van (not transferable)

Tony when I got my first one I scanned the logbook, with my printer and then sent the file,no problem.
This time on the new van I gave them the French reg number off the van.

If you have an iPhone you can scan the log book through the notes app. Then it’s a pdf that doesn’t take up too much space :)
