You could use a fiamma scooter ramp, with a few alterations inside the hab area. Relatively quick and should be less than €1000 all in.

Reminds me i when I installed a dog flap in a previous house for a big gsd I had at the time and the person helping me asked if I was worried about a burglar crawling through? I asked him if he would break into a house that required a dog flap that size? Only a fool would fall for that. White rabbits.

PVC sill board ,strong and light , easy stored,tec 7 a couple of pvc strip’s along it for walking up

Just carry a three 6” blocks in the garage and stack them up each time as sturdy steps. Maybe tec 7 the three blocks together so you can can carry them at once to save you walking to the garage 3 times? 👍
