A bit slow to open the first page, but otherwise great, no more than I would expect from Jami and Amanda
Two great sites in one. 👏

Works perfectly here. SSL is secure and is the S in https. Need to update your browser maybe?

Thanks for the feedback on the new website. Our original website was created when we opened in 2014. And over the years we altered it and modified it accordingly. At the end of last year we decided rather than modify again it would be more productive to start afresh.
We wanted it to be quicker to load and easier to navigate and easier to use on a phone or tablet.
We are pleased with results.
We did a lot of remodelling of the campsite in 2020 and a bit more again in 2021. Some of the changes worked as we hoped others less so. This year we concentrated on fixing some of the factors that could negatively impact on the people using the pitches and try to negate some of the damage caused by less competent drivers and towers. In the main this has resulted in widening hard standing areas, removing 90 degree corners and making the corners at a 45 degree angle which saves back wheels in particular driving over the grass. We also reduced the height of the hedges and thinned them out a bit to make access around the van easier.

Just home after the long weekend at Strand Camping. It was full all weekend and deservedly so. Second time there and really is a lovely spot. Did quite a bit of cycling on very quiet back roads even though weather was blustery. Doonbeg parade was well worth viewing on Friday. Tried to get into Trumps hotel for a liquid lunch on Saturday but turned away as hotel was full and restricted to residents only.

You have no chance, Jami is a very light sleeper,he can hear the snow plow's running on Shannon Airport, and don't even think about that, its too far for you to get there on a scooter before they have it cleared, and it's Flat. just give us the exact dates, so we all can be somewhere else.
