Yeah we've all had ours.

TBH I'm slowly losing patience with DCI. I have another company on the cards as DCI's customer service is atrocious.

I'm cancelling my cards as I'm now LPG and electric.

Is Ronan not even answering his phone?

As they don't have any prices on the receipt, I have alway put my milage on the till receipt,( in case I ever got dodgy diesel), so I started to put the pump price on it as well,I recently check my bill and they had been charging me for the privilege of using the card 2cent above the pump price,
I phoned them and they gave me a credit on the next bill.
So if you have a problem phone the Galway office.
