Spain has supposedly introduced a rule that overnighting in a campervan/MH is generally ok for stays of upto 48 hours if not on a campsite or Aire and no camping behaviour unless the location prohibits overnight parking for any class of vehicle.
That said when we were at torre de Mar there were about 30/50 MH parked up overnight on Carparks between two of the campsites. Many for much longer than 48 hours. No signs of rubbish left. Grey or black waste being emptied as there were toilets open water available from fountains or beach showers.
Now at Roquetas de Mar again upto about 50 MHs overnighting on the Beach in front of the campsite. There are no toilets open and water fill up opportunities are limited and there is used toilet paper and blue stains all over the place. I even saw one van had a pee per tent at the rear of the van with a water puddle outside it.
I’m sure there will be a crack down soon.
