Irish Ferries deposit

Does anyone else still have a deposit sitting with Irish Ferries for a trip cancelled in 2020. I am guessing I need to use it or loose it by the end of the month, or was it only for Travel in 2021.

I would ring them and find out for sure and also ask them that because of the continuing pandemic can you switch it to 2022!

https://www.irishferries.com/u…on-credit/

This seems to indicate that the deposit credit can be carried to 2022.

I have two deposits from 2022. When I spoke to them in September they said I could use them for any Irish Ferries routes for travel in 2020 and that 2022 travel bookings to France weren’t available to book yet.(bookings now available).

They also said their records would show the credit against my email address but I didn’t get them to check. I can’t see any way to login to their site to check.

Thank you Colin, that looks fairly conclusive. Time to start looking at next years prices.

Just did, that and what has just happened with travel to France, I think I will forget about the €100. 😩
