I have been following all motorsports since 1970.
If we talk about F1, my first GP coincides with the death of Jochen Rindt.
Since then I have not supported anyone, may the best driver win.
I was there when Donohue, Peterson, Ratzenberger and Senna died.
I just hope the list doesn't continue.
Across Europe I have attended almost a hundred F1 Grand Prix and if we talk about car races at least a thousand.
But lately I disagree with these stupid regulations and have given up a bit, live events at least.
It had only become business only for billionaires who can afford paddock club cost.
What a shame.
Glad to say I've seen the end of the Group A, 2.0 WRC and 1.6 WRC been driven in Finland. While they were spectacular, Group F is where the local Finnish Madmen really took flight.

I know that this view will not suit everyone but my opinion is that Lewis Hamilton lost a lot of support when he decided to support career criminals by sitting in the middle of the race track on his knees.
The very guy he was supporting was taken out on his last day after having carried out another fraud.
Sports men and women should stick to the sport that they are getting support to succeed in.
Just my thoughts.

Wouldn't be a Lewis fan but was impressed by the sportsmanlike behaviour of him and his father after the race. In total contrast to Wolf and Mercedes.
Fair point,at least he and his father took it in a sportsman like manor unlike his boss who was more interested in getting his barrister into the circle.
Absolutely loved that result. Karma is a bitch. I’ll still be smiling in a month. I also won the F1 fantasy league with my overwhelming knowledge of all things F1.
Now… back into my self imposed exile
