West Lodge Hotel Bantry meet open to all.

Won’t be long now, really looking forward to this one.

Not long now to the Doonbeg meet,unfortunately we won't get to the Bantry one as it is just to soon afterwards.
Hope that both are very successful.

So far I have 15 names for a dinner booking for west lodge on the Saturday I'm looking at around 7 to 7.30.

I am a bit confused at this stage as to who exactly is going, could everyone who is going confirm on this post, copy and past your names and also if you want to be included in the dinner booking , if there is enough of us they may provide a facility, with a restricted menu ( remember it's a hotel so dinner booking would be recommended either with the group or individually )

It's certainly not booked out by MHCC, we have 18 or so booked in.
as it's has a capacity of around 40 it's not going to be half full, ( you would want to have bigger numbers to ask for closed meet) plenty of room for casual caller's. There is no barrier. And we don't have exclusive rights.

theres a real good show on there now about west cork and mizen in particular on channel 5 , youve definatly picked a class area for your meet sprinter

I have been asked to do the check in, to save everyone, having to call in to the Hotel Reception on arrival. when you turn into the hotel, keep hard left and carry on down to the Aire, there are some new signs. I hope to be there Friday Morning, Find me when you get there, and I think it would probably be less complicated if you have Cash to pay at the same time.If you want too, €10 per Night.

What’s the best route from cork, cross country or stay on main road, ie. roscarbery, skibbereen, ballydehob,

Did that route too and didn't like it as well, last couple times we went Innishannon, Bandon and found it better, probably a bit longer alright.
