So far I have 15 names for a dinner booking for west lodge on the Saturday I'm looking at around 7 to 7.30.
I am a bit confused at this stage as to who exactly is going, could everyone who is going confirm on this post, copy and past your names and also if you want to be included in the dinner booking , if there is enough of us they may provide a facility, with a restricted menu ( remember it's a hotel so dinner booking would be recommended either with the group or individually )

For anyone who has not been before This might help when you get there, it can be a little narrow passing between the cars parked to the left and outside tables and then head to the left down over the bridge towards the cottages,

Dosent seem to be and some live very close, they should at least call in and say hello,,,,
Nothing new there Dave, why would they pay Mhcc when they have the right to rock up and book directly with the hotel. It will be interesting to see if there will be any Holidaying in the region that we will bump into.

It's certainly not booked out by MHCC, we have 18 or so booked in.
as it's has a capacity of around 40 it's not going to be half full, ( you would want to have bigger numbers to ask for closed meet) plenty of room for casual caller's. There is no barrier. And we don't have exclusive rights.

On Channel 5 last 3 Fridays a programme called Lighthouses - Building the Impossible, is this the same programme?
Nigel appeared briefly in Episode 2 & 3, he was interviewed in the Maritime Museum in Dun Laoghaire.
The museum is an interesting place to visit if you are in the area and parked in Coal Harbour
I've got time off for good behaviour so I'll be down for this and then a few days after to explore Kerry. My biggest trip of the year. Looking forward to it.

Well, I hope you don’t get rat arsed like the last time you were let out on your own. Letting down the Wexford side 🤪

If your name has a question mark, it's because I don't have that information ( number's and dinner ) If I have missed someone, of have the incorrect details, or anyone else wants to join us. Cut and Past above, or Let me know.
I have been asked to do the check in, to save everyone, having to call in to the Hotel Reception on arrival. when you turn into the hotel, keep hard left and carry on down to the Aire, there are some new signs. I hope to be there Friday Morning, Find me when you get there, and I think it would probably be less complicated if you have Cash to pay at the same time.If you want too, €10 per Night.
( then I can go for the Milk )
Anyone who has an interest in the Leisure center, It would probably have to be booked so contact them directly 027 50557.
For those who signed up and have cancelled for various reasons, I'm sorry you now can't attend, we will catch you again in the future,
But be assured we won't forget you and we will talk about you,at great length.
Bantry weather looks pretty good for w/e.
Considering setting off early in week though weather looks woeful for Wed/Thurs though considering Ardmore (via M11) as about half way for us. Been x2 already this year, some places we were considering close end Sept.

What’s the best route from cork, cross country or stay on main road, ie. roscarbery, skibbereen, ballydehob,
I went N22 and Crookstown the last time and didn't like it wouldn't do in the dark so going towards Skibbereen.
Sone of the Cork lads hopefully will advise.

Did that route too and didn't like it as well, last couple times we went Innishannon, Bandon and found it better, probably a bit longer alright.
