You should get one for that money handy enough. It really is a buyers market out there at the moment and a lot of people are selling cause they need the cash which puts you in a very strong position. While looking recently, I got a lad down from 32k to 21k and that was advertised through a main dealer. He needed cash for the business and knew that he could be sitting on it for another 6 months. Donedeal is your friend, don't be put off by the asking price, haggle like crazy and don't be shy about driving them down. You'll get a much better deal privately, just make sure you get anything checked out before you buy. You may need to compromise on some of the things you're looking for, just look at as many as you can and figure out what you can live without.

Most importantly, take your time and enjoy the search :D

Good luck
