Interesting development from Citroen on a new electric vehicle.
Might even be an ideal “toad” for motorhomes.
Reinventing the 2CV for modern times, mobility for the masses.
Will work well in large towns/cities but not the solution for rural long distance.
However it’s the future and rent by use will be the way forward.

Brilliant for city driving, (and a toad) I like the idea of no frills, the pointless extras on cars now is gone overboard, I mean who can't turn on their lights and Wipers etc themselves

And the drivers are usually about 200years old with a few chickens and a dog or I once saw one with a goat. :D

The first time I knew about a ‘sans permis’ was when I watched that video !
I was aware Sweden had a scheme for 16 year old drivers but wasn’t aware France had one, and for 14 year old too !
It makes sense now why Axiam and microcars are so prevalent, no bloody licence !

No license but insurance is wildly expensive and compulsory. They're typically driven by people off the road for drink driving or who started driving at a very late age and never bothered with a license.

I take it that the ‘engined’ versions (Axiam etc) are also limited to 40kph too Bryan?
Yes, mostly ‘older’ folk I observed driving those and too right they should carry mandatory insurance.
