Do not use the house driveway, but use the other entrance which is past the garden if coming from Coleraine direction, it is a stone lane with a gate.
There is a drive over drain for grey waste, a black waste emptying point and fresh water, there are also swings for children and other stuff that might be added once they get a feel for it.
Please respect the house boundaries and only venture over there when needing too, the area for Motorhomes is quite big and there is no real need to wander there.
It's a lovely place and will be a great asset in a tremendous area for holidaying in Portrush, Coleraine and the North Coast.
