Extremely poor parking judgement by these motorhomers.....They are all at least obstructing the bicycle lane and in some pics badly obstructing the footpath.....As for the guy taking up 3 spaces???

The council needs to put in the infrastructure to accommodate. But as always, if you don't fit then go somewhere else. If there is no room, move on. Too many there? Go to the next place.

Some real bad parking ,again if there where areas where Motorhomes could park would it stop that I don’t think so there are some Motorhome owners who just don’t have a clue ,looking further down through the photos it shows bins with rubbish all over the place it’s become the norm that seaside towns are going to get this with all the good weather we got and that is down to day trippers not Motorhome owners
Disgusting parking, no excuses. They should be heavily fined and towed. I've passed hundreds of places where I'd have liked to stop for a few hours or even for a couple of minutes to take a photo but haven't done so because parking responsibly just wasn't possible. It was good to see that the vast majority of the comments were positive.
I was there a fortnight ago in the really good weather and the poor mh parking was as bad if not worse. Castlerock was packed and the traffic at a standstill. I moved on to Magilligan as i did not want to be associated with this behaviour.
I was in Castlerock last weekend on motorhome was there all weekend parked across 4 spaces doesn't endear the motorhome's to the general public.
Things are even worse this year as more motorhome's are looking to park due the most clubs not having rallies leaving their members to also look for the already limited parking.
The towns here are certainly missing out by not providing parking. If you csnt stop you cant buy anything. Now is not the time but a concerted effort should be made to raise awareness once the pandemic is over.

Time councils wakened up,motorhomes are here to stay, best to set up a space for say 10 vans with a token pay and display on hr basis and max 24 stay.
Could be charged on a sliding scale.
