CVRT engineers report

Hi All, My 1988 hymer went for its bi-annual CVRT last week and failed as there was no record on the CVRT/RSA system of an engineers report for minor repairs carried out on the chassis in 2016. Background is that in 2015 at one of its firsts tests the tester advised to have some minor repairs done to the chassis as some rust flaking was noticed. This was carried out. The following year an auto engineers report was required to certify this work and this cert was duly submitted to the test centre. No issues at the 2017 and 2018 tests. However this time the tester is again asking for an engineers report for the same chassis work carried out in 2015 as the original report cannot be found. I believe that all documentation is uploaded to RSA site by testing centres
currently but back in 2015 this was not the case. The test centre say they do not have the report and do admit it must have been submitted as otherwise the motorhome would not have passed the retest in 2016. I have tried to contact the RSA and no response to email and cannot make telephone contact.
Has anyone had a similar experience?? Any advice on how to contact the RSA?

Why are you trying to contact the RSA?the test centre admit to shoddy paperwork ,so give them the name of the Engineer and tell them to contact him and get a copy.
They are trying to make this your problem when its clearly theirs.

Do you yourself, have a copy of the cert.
You really should keep a copy if all paperwork you give to officialdom, because they will always try to make it, your problem
