Motorhome parking app

Hi can someone tell me why I can’t access the Motorhome parking app? This is my second year having the app and for some reason it now won’t open

Something is up with it Ally, I deleted and reinstalled still won’t open. When I first opened it, it opened ok, and I decided to select download POI, then it crashed and kept crashing.
