We always carry an extra cassette, I am sure it would be pretty easy to make a carrier under a van.

I carry an extra cassette.It's kept in a plastic box in the rear garage.
I bought a thetford refresh kit which included the cassette,a toilet seat and some chemicals.
It was better value than the cassette on its own.
Donnagheys stock and deliver but their online shop appears to be down at the moment.
Heres a link to what i'm talking about

I'm just following that link to Jackson Leisure site as I'm interested in the fresh-up kit for the Thetford C2/3/4. Their prices look so much cheaper than any of the local camping stores. They are GB based. Has anyone ordered from them here in Ireland? I am also asked for a 'Left' or 'Right' configuration on their order form but the cassette looks the same (to me) in both options. I can't see any obvious difference between the two. I don't think I could mess up the order but if it is possible to do so I probably will. If the cassettes can be loaded from the left or right, albeit with a simple modification, I should be alright.

if you don't have space for a spare cassette inside or outside, you could have just one gas bottle and carry the cassette in the gas locker
.( monitor the gas level)
its a bit risky if your totally relying on gas.
Since we purchased an Ecoflow we are less dependant on gas.

Which Ecoflow are you using, how are you charging it?

@sprinter

Its an EcoFlow DELTA 2

Paid 999.00

we charge it before we hit the road, then charge on hook up

It can be charging while driving plugged into cigarette lighter ( i haven't tried this yet )

Its a handy piece of kit, using low wattage kettle, airfryer and toaster

What’s the wattage raglan and maximum surge,I bought a 1500watt vitoman, with a maximum surge of 3000 watts, so handy for anything 240 volts,
