Cheers guy's :up: It's not unusual to lose that much in the first week or so . I will expect and hope for a steady 2lb loss per week after that....Tough going but I'm determined! : :-)

I will be happy to reach 17 stone Jon, At my height I think I can carry that amount. I was inspired partly by your own great achievement last year and the fact I'm pretty tired of being overweight :happy:

Well let’s just say I believe about as much that comes out of the Chinese communist party as I do the White House or from Putin’s mouth for that matter. There was definitely a cover up, whistleblowers gagged and valuable time lost. That’s obvious. Unfortunately Trump is politicizing it, even weaponising it. But that’s what he does. He divides people at a time when we all got to work together.
