Went to see one of these today, have thought from they come out in 2007 that they were the ultimate naket bike, pornnnnnnnn :D
Chap that has this one spent over £2000 on extras, cant remember them all but has Akrapovic exhaust with k&n filter and mapped to suit by Triumph,Custom Rear sets ,pazzo brake and clutch levers ,Evotech tail tidy and radiator guard ,Rental handlebars ,Upgraded mirrors ,Triumph gel seat
, Dart screen, Gb racing engine protectors. Tank stomp grips .Carbon lights, Carbon rear hugger, Carbon belly pan, Carbon radiator covers and Carbon tank pad. Looks as if its never been on the road. Thought some of the Bikers on the forum would like this one.
Forgot to bring my camera so pics not the best :-|

Did you buy it, and if so I hope you got a bargain as this is now the time to buy a bike not to sell

You've got MY attention!!

Love the sound of these bikes with stock pipes... with the akras.... I can only imagine!

AND the colour even matches your camper... That'd look lovely on a trailer behind your wagon... 8-)

The triple does sound the mutts nutts with the Akrapovic exhaust with k&n filter, was remapped at the dealers (Philip McCallen) was around £900 just to get that supplied /done.
As for the rest of the bike and what had been modified/Changed, it reminded me of the generation game where they had the conveyor and you had to remember what was passing in front of you.
Buying wise hmmmmm, well I'm sure most bikers would consider it a bargain ?? considering the price of the bike had no reflection on what had been added to it. £4000 it could be bought for and its 2009 with 5500 dry miles which seems keen ish for a normal stock bike. I had a good trawl on the net last night to see Triumph streets for sale, nothing here but some in the UK and none were kitted out anywhere near this ones standard.
There again i'm not overly sure on what to do, got another bike last year and it didnt get out much so i'll pop it up for sale in the spring. Though to be fair other things got in the way 2012
O and then can I get the wife on it, or would she want me on it, Used to have a Blade which ended up in bits on the road :fgrin:

lol Never thought about the colour and the camper but ur right Blag :-)

What to do ?????

Personally i wouldnt want to do two up on a street, the size and weight of me alone against the size of the bike and it being a 600cc, add an aditional person and it would start to look and handle very strangely. I fit the tiger 955i I have, but I would get a Speed Triple for a bit of lone riding!!!

The size and weight you could probably get away with a bike lift on the MH, for mine I need a trailer.

The 955 is a different beastie, its one of those bikes u could travel to Spain on your holidays on. Know the Bandit and Hornet seem fine with pillions so not sure why the Triumph wouldnt be up to it must look more into that. In saying that it would only be for short distances 2 up, say max 50 mile at a go.

Weight wise for towing thats not an issue we have one of these.

It's not the engine or power, it's the size of it. Being close to 20stone and 6ft2 I rode one once and I looked ridiculous and that was without a pillion they are not in the same size league as a bandit, they are narrow and light but above all a thing of beauty.

I agree, a bike cant be all things in all ways and passenger wise or even rider wise for the larger framed person it is most likely not the best. Apart from that as you say its a thing of beauty, handles like a dream and the reviews all rave about it and most give it a smacking 10/10.
Size wise wifey and i are around 5'10 and combined hit 22 stone. So even 2 up it wont be the worst in the world, but just myself on the bike yeeeeee haaaaaaa :fgrin:

Thanks, I tried to be good but gave in to temptation really looking forward to getting the bike here though it's sure not the best time of the year for getting them out.
It wont be the blink of an eye till spring comes rolling around.
