I know it’s hard ,some of my fav’s are pink floyd stones etc etc but there is one band that just takes it to the top I’ll jive you a small hint this band never toured

Brilliant Band..

They never toured.
But they sure did take their music sessions to another level...

You got it ,this has got to be the best super group of all time ,if you haven’t listened to the traveling wilburys you haven’t lived ,I don’t care if you don’t like the songs but just to have five of the worlds greats in the one band and doing what they do is just awesome

This is my favourite Video of all time.. Has to be one of the best Videos of Roy Orbison and friends.
Some big stars in there. Watch out for the great guitar solo @ about 2.31 mins in..

I always loved ABBA suppose Mamma Mia films revived interest but Fleetwood Mac and Travelling Wilburys, Eagles, Corrs we listened to a lot 40 years ago on cassette, and later bought as cds.
Our particular favourite when we first met in the 70s was Rick Wakeman - Myth & Legends of King Arthur and Knights of the Round Table

Impossible for me to select a best band ever (BS & the E Street Band? the Who? Caravan? John Martyn? Rory Gallagher? The Gloaming? etc.) but best album for me is undoubtedly Van Morrison's Astral Weeks.
It may be a bit of a cliche to choose this, but it's the one I come back to time after time, to listen to from start to finish. This is not an album to play on shuffle.
