I’ve waited on 1 occasion 20 minutes at the Templepatrick BP to get Ultimate. A elderly lady came out with her shopping who had put £10 of ordinary fuel in. Needless to say I’ve never going back. Wouldn’t have waited that day only I was very very low in fuel.

Don’t bother your head paying any of those private parking “fines”. I got one in Belfast and just ignored the threatening letters. I had a “fine” under each wiper too so I got two letters each time. They gave up eventually. I have advised others to do the same and after about 7 letters they give up. Costs them more than me in the end.

Bullying Tactics! Most law abiding people who get a demand/fine will pay it straight away rather than risk further punishment and this is where the likes of MET make easy money!
And as for the McDonalds/Starbucks parking! Total exploitation of the innocent!

I was working on a job in Belfast and had hired a couple of security guards. The building I was in was on the 5th floor and had a good view of the street below. One of the guards told me that he had just seen a traffic warden write a ticket, put it on a windscreen of a car and take a photo of the ticket in situ. He then took the ticket off and threw it into one of those industrial bins that shops use. I thought he was spoofing until he went down, hoked in the bin and produced the ticket. Needless to say we reported the incident to the Enforcement people.

Agree with gavaster1 just don’t pay it if you have a receipt and spent money in there shop they can’t fine you
