Does anyone know if ferrybank campsite are doing their special winter rate this year, can't find anything on their website

Yes they are. €21 for a couple inc ehu €23 for a family. Up until the end of February. Don’t forget we are having a meet there end of January

Yes they are, as this is a council run campsite. No negotiating with them. Still €21 for 2 people with ehu per night, I think is ok. At least you are not obligated to spend money anywhere associated with it.
