Rust Prevention and Maintenance by Rusty Nutz

We have just had a new PIT dug and built which has been made extra length so that we can provide the service to leisure vehicles, it will be fully operational from Monday 30th September 2019.

If you want your Motorhome, Campervan or RV professionally rust proofed then give us a shout :)

If you cannot get your vehicle pressure washed then we can do it here, bear in mind it will need to dry before any rust prevention is done. You can stay overnight at the premises where we have full facilities for an over night stay, including; EHU, Grey emptying, Black waste emptying, Fresh Water, Showers and Toilets. However we are currently testing a very large heater which may speed up this process.

Don't leave it until it's too late, if the rust is particularly bad already it will have have to have some maintenance done, however, this will only be light maintenance at present. Any welding cannot be done here at present.

All chassis's injected and rust proofed. If you have an Alko chassis then it MAY not need done as it may be galvanised, although your Cab will need done. PM me and we can chat about your requirements.

This adds years and years to the life of your van, helps resale value and stops expensive bills in the future.

See a review left for us here: forum/topic.php?t=20227

Postcode: BT41 4SW

Tele: (+44) 07717 777494

EDIT: maybe only later Alko chassis fully galvanised.

Excellent news. Brilliant to have so local. Definitely be a great preventative maintenance measure to have done on the van.
Good luck with the venture.

Yeah sounds like a worthwhile investment if you're planning to keep your van for a few years

Ideal time, on a new van. Stop it before it ever gets a chance to start.

In the first post

Basically, if you bring it here clean and dry, it can be done in a few hours. If its wet, it needs to be dried, if its dirty, it needs to be washed. :D

@Ally Many thanks for a great job Ally. Would highly recommend to all to have the work carried out to prolong the life of their vans. By the way Ally they were amazing lights you had 😉 and still not sure about the WD40 story.
