I was standing in the street,when a car window came down in the stopped traffic out came two half smoked cigarettes ,so I picked them up and watched just as it started to move ahead I knocked on the window and explained to the two nice young Ladies that they dropped something as I pitched the buts back into the car.
There was at least a couple of grands damage to the van in front and their 206.
