Fixing internal blackout blind

One of the blackout blinds at the back of our motorhome does not slide properly and so cannot lower it as it will rip the blind so anyone know how to fix this?

There seems to be screw plugs in the frame so I imagine you have to take it off like that but no matter what I try including a knife I cannot get the plugs off!

Anyone got any pointers?

Anything delicate that sticks I use silicone spray lube, it works on any plastic or rubber surface.

I have been looking for a blind expert for ages. When someone figures out how to fix these without them coming apart let me know

Those look like the seitz dometic blinds which i have in my van,if you have to dismantle them to investigate the problem, use a pointy instrument to lever out the blanking plugs and there should be screws behind.maybe the problem will be more obvious from behind, there are little plastic sliders in the rails which can be damaged or just need lubricated.

You can take out the plugs with a small flat blade screwdriver 2/3mm like the larger ones you get in those little multi pouch sets.
But you are going to mark the plugs and holes while removing them to get at the screws,if you warm them in hot water you might be able to rub the marks out.
Also be careful to support the window on the outside as the screws go into the outside frame therefore clamping the window into the side of the van.
