Did I read somewere that there was an Aires in Donegal Town. If so were is it. Fancy going there for a couple of days on Sunday. If there is no Aires were is the best place to overnight ?
We have been using the pier in Donegal Town to overnight in for years, never had a problem. Now the area has been lined out for coaches. The pier is a great location as we along with our other camping buddies who enjoy a few beers and the music in the pubs , all within walking distance. The coaches in question have already left all their passengers off at the hotels and as far as I can see could park anywhere and then return to the hotel to pick them up again. Also a sign saying no overnight parking on pier has been put up very high on a pole.I have been informed that this is an illegal sign and was not erected by the council. I for one will be parking on the pier in the future and spending my money in the local establishments as I have been doing for years and I hope to see plenty of my motorhome buddies there as well

Two new stopovers in Donegal added to our Usermap and POI downloads yesterday. Not in the town but only a few miles out.
