We like Jon stayed on camping Albufeira and were pleasantly surprised. The rest of our stays in the area were mainly wild spots or commercial Aires, we did stay at camping tourismo near Lagos and I could see why many rate it the best campsite on the algarve although we did not personally like it as it was inland, on a busy road and poor for walking a dog. We liked zambujeira a campsite about 1 hour north of Sagres not on the algarve but very nice.
