This is a site a came across recently and is great if you want to listen to your local radio on the laptop when in a wifi zone while abroad or indeed if you want to listen to local radio stations around the world.

Click the "browse tab", then "By Location" then you can choose radio anyplace in the world. The app is also available for android, not sure about iphone.
