Pain in upper back from driving Ducato

Lately I have had a pain between the shoulder blades after driving the MH,

Im thinking it may be the seat and Im wondering has any body changed the seat in a 2001 Ducato to something a bit more comfortable ?

My brother changed his for a toyoto, but in fact any that seat is the same size as your old one can be adapted

I have read that Martin, but for the life of me can I get comfy,
I will try a slim cushion on the next trip if I have not swapped the seat before hand,

I have a vage memory of a post with somebody mentioned a seat swap to the seats out of a Ford galaxy

Do you carry your wallet in your back pocket. I sometimes get a pain in my legs and back and found when I took it out of my pocket it helped

I use one of those curved back supports. A wallet in your pocket (full of receipts..) will hurt your pirifomus muscle at the top of your backside which could annoy you sciatic nerve which can cause pain down your leg or lower back.

Wallet has not been in my back pocket for years, always in side pocket (cargo pants most of the time) mainly because of that reason

Im going to try a suggestion by Taylor and if it works ill report back

How about CBD oil supposed to be great for pain relief when taken regularly
