Motorhome travel around Ireland

My wife and I are coming to Ireland in July are are looking at hiring a motorhome. Can anyone advise if there are camping spots in Ireland that are free or minimal charge. If yes do they have facilities (eg Showers & toilets?

Any other information would be greatly appreciated.

The app John has given you the link to details loads of free/cheap camping options and whilst public toilets are available free showers will be hard to find although some Aires like Portumna do have showers but there is a charge for them. Why don’t you use the shower in the campervan (unless it doesn’t have one) rubbish disposal will be a problem in Ireland as public litter bins are few and far between.
