Do you get a yearly habitation check? or do you think it's a waste of money?

at very least get a damp check done
and dont buy a cheap meter and do it yourself as most warranties wont support it,also cheap meters pierce two holes in van each time you take a reading.

it really is a matter of choice, if everything is working as should be why bother, but damp tests and gas tests can be cheaper and maintain warranty.
