I finally called by this Aire to check it out as it is close to me and not far off the main Belfast to Dublin road near dundalk.
There is a barrier across it and it does mot look like it has been used much. Like the App review note, there are no services or information about cost. I’m assuming you would pay at the house just in front of the Aire.
