Might be a good option for an out of season run. The machine is in indoor storage in Wicklow for the winter (it's on a Transit chassis after all)

By all means go for it. We use ours all year round and in many ways I enjoy it more in the winter than I do in the summer.

We do take it out over the winter, usually it's a case of me taking a long lunch on Thursday or Friday to use it on the weekend and doing the same on Monday to drop it back. Ferrybank could be a really good option for us, picking the bus up on Saturday morning with the family in tow and dropping it back on Sunday evening on the way home would work nicely, especially with the pool on site and the town a short walk away.

Use it as much as you can Bryan there's a few different places on the east coast for short winter runs on the App to choose from

Hi Lifer,
just back on line. The €20 per night is until end of February. I guess if Irish Ferries are skipping Rosslare it will have a big impact on Ferrybank.

Delighted to hear about the 20 euro per night offer. I use Ferrybank at least 10 times a year. Great little site, and a fabulous location for Wexford town.

Made the trip this weekend, took it out Thursday lunchtime to get the oil and filters done Friday morning before coming down.
Had a bite to eat in the hotel on this side of the bridge last night and while everything was good, the chicken wings with blue cheese dip were especially good.
Going to leave it back into storage on the way back tomorrow and pick it up later in the week to get it tested.
