Just back from a couple of days in Newcastle.
Downs road carpark (opp. Percy French) still free and no prob for MH overnights

Brian,

Is that the big car park in front of the beach with the toilets? did your van fit into the space ok, or did you need to take up 2 spaces. Just asking as we were thinking of using it some weekend when it would be busier.

yes need 2 spaces but old van fitted in 1. end nearest slieve donard hotel is best on sat night as worshipers use other end early on sunday morning as church backs onto carpark
