How difficult/expensive is it to take the van over to the island? Are you thinking TT or just a regular visit?

Theres plenty of places to stay in Douglas park in car park behind ferry treminal £4 for 24hr parking. You can park in the harbour in castletown across from castle or drive on out towards golf club car parks on right. In peel you can park in harbour below castle.Along the sea front in Ramsey near swiming pool.Head up to the north to the point of ayre and park past lighthouse along the beach nice quiet place.

I've priced it at £289 return, sailings seem to be twice a week, leaving Belfast on Sundays & returning on Saturdays.

Sulby Claddagh - one of my favourites, although you need an annual permit, it costs £15. IOM is very motorhome friendly, you will never be stuck for somewhere to park up. Enjoy, when do you plan to visit?😎

Nothing really planned yet, we had our honeymoon there (far too) many years ago & haven't been back since, wife thought it would be nice to see it again.
