Any ideas why my fridge is not cooling on EHU - there is heat coming out the back, the light works but it is not cooling.

With the heat at the moment most yokes are gone quare.
Stick the fridge on gas and don't open it for 4 to 5 hours and see if its cooled. Then repeat on ehu.
Most mh fridge rely on the movement of air between the top and bottom vent to cool, however with the hot air at the moment along with the lack of wind, air movement is minimal.
There was a post here a few days ago about fitting a fan on the fridge vents to drive convection air through the system.

It is also believed that you must not overfill the fridge in order for the air to circulate and cool the storage area. Try not to have items in contact with the cooling fins, and of course, start by putting cold items in so that the fridge does not have to work too hard. The fridge will most likely work on a temperature differential, so as stated, if the sun is splitting the trees, there is only so much the fridge can achieve.

There is a reason why compressor fridges do not work well in the outback. Our current temperatures might just explain it. Anyone else can’t keep the fridge cool?
Edit: oops that should have read absorption, not compression
