The book we have always used is the "All the Aires France" publication. Great book, actually two books one for North one for South, with map. There is also an App which I think is called "camper contact". Hope that helps

Camper contact app seems to be the bible for western Europe . There was a promotion offer profiled here a few months ago which we grabed. We only lost our french virginity last year but are returning this summer.
I think that the motorhome Ireland app has a GB version now.

I just bought ‘all the aires’, as mentioned by GMAC, which appears to be very comprehensive- two books, one for Northern France and one for Southern France. Going to France in July, so just glancing through the details at present.
We largely stay in Municipial campsites, and I find the Michelin Guide very useful, for campsite
options.

ACSI is good for sites but the discounts are only out of season, see HERE
There are super APP’s too:
Campercontact, see HERE Park4Night, see HERE ACSI app, see HERE
France is well set up for our type of holiday, it’s so easy to tour there.
Enjoy the planned trip.
I think all you will need have been listed except this one
https://www.searchforsites.co.uk/ If you have a look at my website my blogs will cover most of Normandy and also some info on the Going to France page.

Have added a few new ones to the GB app some in the Brecon becons area which is motorhome friendly if you head that way .Canterbury and Salisbury both have park and rides you can use.

No bother getting the crit air sticker. See other posts here. I got one, just to be on safe side. However have seen very few French vehicles with them, and none of the Dutch people. Have been through some of the big cities and seen nothing about them anywhere

This is actively maintained and you can download POI files for a Sat Nav. Loaded them up on my Garmin at the weekend.
